Music at Workplace: Is it trully Improving Employees’ Performance?

The purpose of this study was to compare the performance employees who listened music while working those did not. This conducted at Business Simulation Laboratory, Department Administration Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic. employed an Experimental Research Method with a quantitative methodology. total participants, 94, were divided into 2 groups, treatment (listening working) 48 and without treatment, 46 participants. study's empirical findings indicated that there productivity differences between got treatments compared employee works in workplace performed more excellent average than work music. Listening favorite songs encourages improve their efficiency.
